Club Feast is a fast-growing food-tech startup backed by General Catalyst, helping companies simplify and elevate their corporate meal experience. As we continue expanding across the U.S., we’re looking for a recruiter who is deeply hands-on with direct sourcing and headhunting, not just inbound applicants.

About the Role

This is a sourcing-first recruiting role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys proactively finding talent, reaching out to candidates, and building pipelines from scratch — especially for sales, operations, and support roles in the U.S.

You’ll manage roles end-to-end, but the core of this job is headhunting, outreach, and talent quality. If most of your experience is posting jobs and reviewing inbound applicants, this role will not be a fit.

What You’ll Do

- Proactively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build strong outbound pipelines for U.S.-based roles
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages that convert
- Screen candidates for skill, ownership, and startup mindset
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal profiles
- Manage candidates through the full hiring process (source → offer)
- Maintain clean pipelines and ATS data
- Continuously improve sourcing strategy, messaging, and role calibration
- Support onboarding and early-stage talent success when needed

What We’re Looking For

- Strong headhunting / direct sourcing experience (this is non-negotiable)
- Proven success recruiting for U.S.-based roles
- Fluent English (written & spoken, C1/C2)
- Comfortable doing high-volume outbound when needed
- Strong judgment around candidate quality
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple roles independently
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, Google Suite, and Slack

Requirements

- Full-time availability
- Reliable internet and professional remote setup
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally with a sourcing-heavy focus
- Agency or in-house background is fine — results matter more
