Where You'll Make a Difference

- Perform US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) accounting, reporting, and data analysis for month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Conduct general ledger (GL) account analysis and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Execute SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
- Accrue FI (Financial) invoices and process standard and recurring journal entries.
- Manage sub-ledger activities for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Process local tax provisions, allocations, cycles, and currency revaluations.
- Review cost center expenses and preliminary profit and loss (P&L) statements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors and support continuous improvement of closing processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in general accounting and financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
