Trade Marketing Coordinator (Latin America Distributor & Travel Retail)

We have two exciting roles, each supporting different business units:
Prestige & Travel Retail
Mass Channel
Your final assignment will be decided during the process, based on the best match between your profile and our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
(may vary depending on the specific needs of the assigned business unit)
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate development and deployment of digital assets with agencies and internal resources.
- Provide data and imagery for e-commerce, ensuring proper adaptation and translation.
- Monitor social media campaigns and report performance.
Trade Marketing
- Support execution of marketing plans and trade activations (Prestige & TR: includes counters; Mass: retail activations) .
- Coordinate visual materials and displays (Prestige & TR: glorifiers/counters; Mass: walls and planograms) .
- Analyze SKU performance and propose actions to drive sell-out (Mass focus) .
- Assist in organizing events and trainings (Prestige & TR: education tools) .
Administrative & Sales
- Manage administrative processes: PO creation in SAP/JDE, invoice follow-up, and budget control.
- Collect sales, inventory, and market share data.
- Maintain trackers (Prestige & TR: door counting; Mass: distribution tracker) .
Merchandising
- Coordinate production and deployment of POP materials (Mass: walls; Prestige & TR: glorifiers) .
- Support development of planograms (Mass: Walmart; Prestige & TR: counters) .
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years in marketing roles within consumer goods or beauty (mandatory). (Nice to have: experience working with Walmart or Central American markets)
Advanced English (oral and written).
Intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint; basic SAP/JDE knowledge.
Budget management experience.
Highly responsible, autonomous, and organized, with decision-making and adaptability skills.
Work Model & Availability
Hybrid: 2 days on-site at CDMX office, 3 days remote.
Travel: Availability to travel around 8 times per year to Central America.
