Descripción del puesto – Publisher Campaign Manager
Buscamos un
Publisher Campaign Manager
responsable de la ejecución, optimización y seguimiento de campañas digitales orientadas a performance, con foco en
inventario de publishers, retail media y shopping
. El rol requiere un perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a resultados, capaz de gestionar múltiples campañas y asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs.
Responsabilidades clave:
Planear, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de
Publisher, Shopping y Retail Media
.
Monitorear desempeño (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) y generar insights accionables.
Gestión de inventario, pacing y presupuestos.
Coordinación con equipos internos y account managers.
Resolución de incidencias operativas y optimización continua.
Elaboración de reportes de performance para clientes y stakeholders.
Tecnologías y plataformas:
Google Ad Manager
Google Ads (Shopping / Performance Max)
DV360
Plataformas de publishers y retail media (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Mercado Ads – deseable)
Google Sheets / Excel
Herramientas de gestión:
JIRA
o similares
Requisitos:
Experiencia en campañas de
publisher, shopping o media operations
.
Perfil analítico, atención al detalle y manejo de múltiples campañas.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
Inglés AVANZADO INDISPENSABLE

Zona a laborar: Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc
Rango salarial de hasta $55,000 brutos
