An international industrial company operating in the northeast region of Mexico, including key border cities, with the option for remote work depending on the candidate's profile.

Descripción

- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for CAPEX and MRO across North American sites.

- Implement sourcing strategies, consolidate suppliers, and negotiate improved pricing.

- Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery.

- Drive annual cost‑reduction plans, cost‑model implementation, and on‑time savings projects.

- Conduct supplier business reviews and support supply‑chain risk mitigation.

- Ensure accurate reporting of procurement KPIs and compliance with procurement policies.

- Travel to key border‑region facilities as needed (primarily northern Mexico).

Perfil buscado

The successful candidate will be required to meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in Indirect Procurement (CAPEX/MRO preferred).

- Strong experience managing northern Mexico suppliers and international suppliers.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence strategic decisions.

- Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

- Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical skills and deep procurement expertise.

- Self‑driven, able to work autonomously and perform under pressure.

- Proven ability to deliver cost‑saving initiatives and lead cross‑functional projects.
