To best support our Pacific Time US clients, we ask that you work one late shift per week (12:30pm– 9pm ET) and cover one or two weekend days each month. First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video. During the meeting, Bella, our Head of Social Media Management, will get to know you and try to understand if you'd be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions. Following this, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills. There may also be a short (30 minutes via MS Teams) follow-up interview with Duncan, our Chief Content Officer.
