Sr. Finance Business Partner – Growth
Objetivo del rol
Actuar como CFO de los negocios de Walmart Connect , BAIT, Salud, Nuevos Negocios . Asegurando control contable , y planeación financiera (Forecast , AOP, LRP) priorizando inversiones y eficiencias, conectando Growth con la operación Core , y transformando procesos financieros mediante automatización y AI para soportar decisiones de negocio.
Principales responsabilidades
- Liderar la planeación financiera (LRP, AOP, Forecast) para los equipos de desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
- Ser owner del P&L, forecast, proformas y unit economics.
- Conectar la operación con sistemas y contabilidad para traducir negocio en finanzas.
- Impulsar la digitalización y automatización de procesos financieros, migrando reportes manuales a BI y EBS.
- Implementar use cases de AI como fuente principal de análisis de datos.
- Desarrollar estrategias para eficiencias tácticas y estratégicas, eliminando gastos sin ROI y creando biblioteca de evaluaciones.
- Garantizar cumplimiento regulatorio en las áreas de negocio designadas, eliminando riesgos fiscales y operativos.
Perfil del candidato ideal
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía o Ingeniería.
- +12 años de experiencia en Retail Media, Telecom o ambos, liderando FP&A, planeación financiera y business partnering.
- Dominio de estados financieros, ERPs y herramientas como Power BI; conocimientos en AI y programación (Visual Studio deseable).
- Inglés avanzado y comunicación ejecutiva de alto nivel.
- Liderazgo probado, capacidad de autogestión y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
