Mexico City Healthy Avocado Inc. A tiempo completo

HealthyAvocado.com is hiring a motivated sales professional in Mexico to sell avocados and limes to U.S. wholesalers and supermarkets.

We are a 21-year-old company with a strong reputation and $50M USD annual sales.

We store products in McAllen, Texas, and ship nationwide. We import 1000 truckloads, or 1.2 million cartons - from Michoacan and Jalisco. We also import limes from limes from Veracruz and Oaxaca.

What you'll do

- Convert U.S. wholesale prospects into customers (business development)
- Communicate with buyers by phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Send offers and updates to customers
- Maintain CRM and collaborate with our sales team
- Share crop updates and market info to educate customers

Requirements

- Bilingual: Spanish + English
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Outgoing, persuasive, and professional
- Organized, good with numbers, and learns quickly
- Fresh produce experience is a plus (not required)
- Canva skills are a plus

About our team

We are 11 employees (5 in Mexico + 6 in USA).

9 are Spanish speakers (7 Mexican, 1 Guatemalan, 1 Argentinian).

We meet at the IFPS produce convention (25,000 attendees from all over the world and at our Healthy Avocado team retreats.
