This is a senior, high-impact role blending business development leadership, consultative solution design, and market strategy. You will engage directly with C-level executives, regional partners, and internal AI experts to identify, structure, and execute transformative initiatives that redefine how LATAM enterprises leverage agentic AI.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline through regional networking, partnerships, and executive-level engagement.
● Partner with client leadership to co-develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with digital strategies.
● Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast reliability, and regional performance reporting.
● Ensure seamless coordination between LATAM operations and global RapidCanvas teams to deliver a consistent client experience.Represent RapidCanvas at regional conferences, industry events, and executive forums to position the brand as a LATAM AI thought leader.
● Develop localized thought leadership content, case studies, and ROI models relevant to the LATAM business landscape.
● Deep understanding of regional business culture, regulatory frameworks, and decision-making dynamics.
● Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and global time zones in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
● CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce) and data-driven pipeline management expertise.
