Estamos buscando Consultor(a) - Manager en Gestión del Cambio para un emocionante proyecto que impulsa la transformación organizacional en áreas de talento y recursos humanos.

🌟 ¿Qué harás?

- Apoyar en el diseño e implementación de estrategias de gestión del cambio.
- Colaborar con equipos de RH para mejorar procesos y clima laboral.
- Participar en talleres, capacitaciones y sesiones de coaching grupal.
- Contribuir con ideas frescas para fomentar la resiliencia y el compromiso.

🎯 Lo que buscamos en ti:

- Recién egresado(a) de Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o afines.
- Inglés Avanzado
- Pasión por el desarrollo organizacional y el bienestar laboral.
- Habilidades de comunicación, empatía y trabajo en equipo.
- Se valorará experiencia o conocimientos en implementación de SAP.
