POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace technologies that enable seamless, secure, and efficient end-user productivity. This role manages endpoint platforms, device lifecycle, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), telephony systems, videoconferencing systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. They ensure EUC and collaboration services are aligned with global standards, scalable, secure, and optimized for business needs, while also serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

REQUERIMIENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical
- 5-7 years in IT infrastructure or end-user computing roles, with at least 4+ years in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.
- Deep understanding of EUC technologies including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise device management tools (Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, WMS, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
- Adept in Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform.
- Adept on VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Experience on telephony systems and unified communications platforms (Cisco) including VoIP, PBX, and MS Teams Phone System.
- Experience of videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, Cisco Room Systems).
- Experience of automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Valid US visa and ability to travel up to 25% monthly.
- English language proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading is required.
- Ease to commute to Cuajimalpa, CDMX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, deploy and manage endpoint platforms and thin clients for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise device and mobile management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf).
- Ensure effective Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, etc) operations, including image management, application delivery, and performance tuning.
- Manage and support enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Manage enterprise telephony systems, including VoIP, PBX, and cloud-based telephony platforms.
- Configure and support Microsoft Teams Phone System and other unified communications solutions like Cisco call managers.
- Manage and support enterprise videoconferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or similar solutions by configuring meeting rooms, video endpoints, and scheduling systems to ensure seamless communication.
- Ability to travel up to 25% when required for onsite support, installations and participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related of EUC/Collaboration equipment,
