Year of Experience : 2+years

- 5+ years of operational support large, distributed integration, messaging platform
- 5+ years of experience of using Splunk, Datadog dashboard, queries to triage application and infrastructure issues
- 3+ years of experience of using Git, GitHub, Jenkins and any CI/CD deployment pipelines
- 2+ years liaison or work experience with offshore operation team
- 2+ years' work experience leading production support team
- Self-starter in learning new technologies and domain knowledge
- Effective troubleshooting skills through application logs
- Effective written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others to triage and resolve production issues
- Java developer experience is a plus.
