Role Summary
The Senior LATAM Marketing Transformation & Operations Lead serves as the
strategic SME responsible for enabling high quality execution across Customer
References, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Campaign Management teams in
Brazil and Mexico. This role provides the expertise, governance structure, and operational
rigor required to support Tech Giant Cloud Marketing (GCM)'s shift from a
resource driven to a managed services model while ensuring consistency, scalability, and
localized excellence across both markets.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership (Brazil & Mexico)
● Provides expert guidance across B2B cloud marketing, demand generation,
partner co marketing, and country-level field marketing.
● Ensures alignment with GCM global priorities while adapting messaging, tactics,
and execution to local cultural, linguistic, and regulatory nuances.
● Serves as the primary advisor to Customer Reference, Field, Partner, and
Campaign teams, ensuring unified strategies and cohesive execution.
2. Regional Operations & Governance
● Leads the design and implementation of standardized marketing processes,
intake workflows, and quality gates across both countries.
● Defines and manages SLAs, KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting
frameworks to measure pipeline impact, campaign performance, audience
engagement, partner utilization, and content quality.
● Ensures adherence to Tech Giant brand, creative, and compliance standards.
3. Transition & Change Management
● Owns the 6+ month transition for supplier consolidation, including knowledge
transfer, process stabilization, and continuity of work from outgoing vendors.
● Establishes a governance framework with clear roles, accountability, risk
management, and escalation pathways.
● Leads organizational change initiatives to shift from staff augmentation toward a
predictable, service-based operating model.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
● Partners closely with GCM global and regional stakeholders to synchronize
priorities, share insights, and ensure consistent execution across LATAM.
● Aligns local teams with global campaign launches, partner programs, customer
story pipelines, and event calendars.
● Ensures seamless collaboration between creative agencies, partner teams,
country field marketing leads, and cross-functional GTM groups.
5. AI, Automation & Innovation Leadership
● Evaluates and embeds Tech Giant AI tools to streamline campaign setup,
reporting, content QA, and project management workflows.
● Identifies opportunities to eliminate manual steps, accelerate production cycles,
and improve marketing productivity across all roles.
● Advises on tooling enhancements and new ways of working that improve
operational efficiency and marketing impact.
Required Experience & Qualifications
● 10+ years in B2B technology marketing, including regional leadership roles across
LATAM (Brazil and Mexico required).
● Deep expertise in cloud/SaaS GTM, partner ecosystems, demand gen, and
integrated campaign execution.
● Proven experience leading global-to-local transformations, organizational change
management, and complex vendor transitions.
● Strong PMO, governance, process design, and KPI/SLA management capabilities.
● Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong business English.
● Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural nuance, local regulations, and the
operational environments of Brazil and Mexico.
● Experience embedding AI, automation, and marketing operations tooling within
large-scale marketing teams.
