UKG Kronos –Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? A UKG/Kronos Consultant who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced UKG Kronos Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. Participate in the full lifecycle of an Operate project including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements Conduct production support, software upgrades, and regular audits, to ensure compliance on the use of the UKG WFM application Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirements 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience ~ Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry ~ Advanced English level ~ Application support experience on UKG WFM Workforce Central, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules: ~ At least 1 year of experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered ~ Experience in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow ~ Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio ~ Tiles and Data views ~ Systems, Industrial, Software), Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics or Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics, preferred. At least 1 year of experience in application support experience in technical aspects of UKG WFM including: Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.) SSRS and other SQL based reporting tools Set Up Data Manager ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is preferable Experience Supporting or Participating in Multi-Country UKG/Kronos Implementations Experience in Client-Facing Roles or Consulting Engagements Exposure to Change Management or Transformation Projects Assisted in Delivering Client Workshops or Training Sessions Proficiency in SQL or Data Analysis Tools Professional development From entry-level employees to senior leaders, we believe there's always room to learn.
