The Opportunity

Your Impact

Responsible for the management and development of exhibition strategies for PMF, within the SF channel, according to AOP and internal brand strategies, innovations, and promotions.
Materials are developed with customers' needs identification within the channel according to segmentation strategies. Teamwork, ensuring connections with different functional areas such as Commercial Drive, Execution Support, Marketing, KAMs, Sales, Operations.
Must be responsible for ensuring production specifications with more than 10 suppliers, monitoring their projects in conjunction with the Quality and Value chain team.
This person will be responsible for managing around 30 projects simultaneously per month, ensuring the expenditure of a budget around 250 million MXN annually. As well as ensuring visibility of spending progress towards commercial teams, governance, and Sales Finance.
Within the development of initiatives you will have to work together with industrial and graphic design agencies

Responsibilities

- Design the strategy for POS aligning the interactions with other multidisciplinary teams in order to assure correct development according to Sales and KAMs negotiations.
- Assure initiative fulfillment, OTIF and ROI . Manage the merchandising development process and be responsible for delivering optimized proposals and follow the process till the end.
- Ensure correct behavior and functionality for POS performance (design, quality & packaging) and increase client satisfaction ratings (executing actions/Making decisions)
- Manage and advise 20 production suppliers and 5 agencies (graphic and industrial) to deliver projects and production.
- Collaborate with governance and value chain teams to manage annual A&M merchandising budget and report to internal teams

- Creative and design skills strong understanding about engineering draws, graphic design and manufacturing process methods and materials.

- Teamwork and collaboration must interact with different areas and be able to lead them towards a single goal.

- Effectively communicate (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholder across all levels

- English intermediate

- Leadership behavior and focus in forward thinking.

- Collaboration skills and teamplayer

- 2- 3 years experience on project management, and design projects.

- Under pressure work

- Multitask skills

- Proactive
