Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant, located in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area. The Accounting Assistant will perform various day-to-day tasks, assisting with accounting processes, monitoring bookkeeping records, and working with accounting software (QBO). The role supports the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise with QBO
- Experience with Accounting and Bookkeeping (10 years)
- Solid understanding of Accounting and Finance principles ( US Accounting practices - GAAP)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in financial tasks
- 10 years of Accounting experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Functional English
