The Home Depot México está en búsqueda de talento para la posición de Audit Manager con sede en San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
Objetivo del puesto:
Proveer una opinión independiente, acerca de la evaluación de la eficacia del ambiente de control y la adecuada gestión de riesgos en la organización. Este puesto tiene la responsabilidad de planear, coordinar y liderar múltiples proyectos de auditoría en distintas funciones y unidades de negócio, con el propósito de identificar riesgos relevantes, fortalecer los procesos clave y promover la excelencia operativa. Su labor contribuye directamente a mejorar la eficiencia, la transparencia y la toma de decisiones informada dentro de la compañía.
Principales Funciones:
Definir y ejecutar el plan anual de auditoría, priorizando los procesos y temas que representan mayor impacto para la organización.
Evaluar la eficacia de procesos y controles internos, identificando áreas de mejora y proponiendo acciones que fortalezcan la operación y la gestión del riesgo.
Supervisar la correcta implementación de acciones correctivas, asegurando el seguimiento oportuno y la resolución de hallazgos relevantes.
Incorporar el uso de herramientas analíticas y enfoques modernos de auditoría, con el fin de elevar la eficiencia, profundidad y oportunidad de las revisiones.
Mantener una comunicación clara y oportuna con la Alta Dirección y el Comité de Auditoría, presentando conclusiones, riesgos identificados y recomendaciones relevantes.
Dirigir y desarrollar al equipo de auditoría, promoviendo estándares de calidad, criterio profesional y una cultura de mejora continua.
Ejercer una visión independiente y objetiva, contribuyendo a que la organización tome decisiones informadas y mantenga un entorno de control sólido.
Requisitos:
~ Carrera profesional terminada en: Contaduría Pública o Afines.
~ Deseable con Maestria terminada.
~3 - 5 años en áreas de auditoría.
~ Haber manejado previamente gente a su cargo.
~ Inglés avanzado.
~ Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y enfoque en la mejora continua.
~ Habilidad para liderar equipos, coordinar proyectos y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
~ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
~ Administración de Proyectos de Auditoría.
~ Metodologías de auditoría interna.
~ Mapeo y documentación de procesos.
Deseable:
Lenguaje de programación básico (SQL, Python, ACL, etc.).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
