Practicante de Compras

Carreras: Estudiantes activos de 5° semestre en adelante de las carreras: LCI, LRI LAE o afines.

Objetivo del puesto:

Realizar compras y seguimiento oportuno de cada una de ellas.

Funciones:

- Realizar la búsqueda, solicitud y comparación de cotizaciones nacionales e internacionales para las áreas de Seguridad y Marketing (IS/MS).
- Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra y comunicación con proveedores. Administrar y controlar los pagos realizados con la tarjeta de crédito
- corporativa, asegurando el correcto respaldo documental (facturas y comprobantes). Coordinar de manera administrativa con el área de
- Seguridad la gestión de residuos biológicos y no peligrosos, incluyendo el pago y control de facturas. Mantener registros y archivos
- actualizados de compras, pagos y proveedores. Brindar apoyo administrativo general al área de Compras
