- Develop and implement organizational development and change management strategies to drive business growth.

- Design and execute talent and performance management initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.

- Create and oversee learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.

- Lead leadership development and coaching initiatives to build strong management teams.

- Promote engagement initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and retention.

- Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform talent strategies and improve organizational outcomes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Perfil buscado

A successful Organizational Development Manager should have:

- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of talent and performance management practices.

- Experience in designing and implementing learning and development strategies.

- Proficiency in leadership development and coaching methodologies.

- Ability to drive engagement initiatives effectively.

- Skills in data analysis to support informed decision-making.

- Educational background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
