Estamos creciendo en Natureganix y buscamos a un(a) KAM Comercial que domine la relación con cuentas clave, la negociación de condiciones, y la ejecución de planes comerciales y promocionales en retail y eCommerce.

Lo que harás

- Liderar el plan comercial para cuentas clave: forecast, surtido, precios, promociones y convenios.
- Negociar incrementos/ajustes de costos y condiciones comerciales con enfoque en rentabilidad y servicio.
- Supervisar ciclo de CPFR (pronóstico, reposición, inventarios y ventas) con indicadores claros y cadencia semanal/mensual.
- Coordinar con Trade/Marketing, Supply y Finanzas para asegurar ejecución perfecta en tienda y en canal digital.
- Monitorear KPIs: sell-in/sell-out, margen, DDI/DDV, inventario, fill rate y desempeño por cadena/sku.

Lo que buscamos

- 4–6+ años en Key Account Management (CPG/Alimentos/Wellness preferente).
- Experiencia negociando con cadenas de retail y/o e-comm
- Perfil data-driven: Excel/Sheets avanzado; deseable manejo de tableros BI.
- Comunicación impecable y alta capacidad de negociación; ownership de punta a punta.
- Nivel de inglés funcional (deseable).
