Objective of the position
Ensure that regional digital strategies, priorities, and campaigns are effectively cascaded, localized, and activated at country level, while also bringing local business needs, insights, and constraints back to the regional agenda. Support the orchestration of regional and local campaigns, initiatives, and projects, enabling true orchestration between regional initiatives and local activation across the 6 core markets.
Skills/experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong exposure to working with local markets and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in campaign planning, activation, and orchestration.
- Must have experience in a regional or multi-country role (matrix organizations).
- Knowledge of any CRM, Salesforce is desirable.
- Experience in FMCG Industry.
- Advanced English.
- Desirable availability to travel.
- Hybrid work scheme, locality in Cuajimalpa.
- Advanced PowerPoint (MS Office intermediate).
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment & Cascade: Act as the main digital liaison between regional and local marketing teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication of regional strategies and campaigns. Proactively identify and address any misalignments to ensure consistency across all local marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Orchestration & Activation: Support the local execution of regional campaigns, ensuring alignment across product focus, messaging, content, and media timing. Integrate digital activities with broader local commercial and marketing initiatives for cohesive execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish trusted relationships with Local Marketing leaders and key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for regional digital topics. Facilitate regular alignment meetings and campaign reviews between regional and local teams.
- Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement: Capture insights, best practices, and challenges from local markets and feed them back into regional planning. Identify recurring gaps and propose improvements in processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Governance, Planning & Ways of Working: Support the establishment of clear digital governance and planning processes, ensuring standardization across markets. Contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles, facilitating communication and ensuring local feasibility and buy-in.
