WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for external customers, internal customers, and sales personnel. The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Sales, Supply Chain and Quality groups, responsible for: - Processes orders and provides account management for established customers including delivery negotiation, expediting and order status communication within an industry and geographical location - Answers phone / email inquiries received from customers - Provides inside support to external sales team - Handles credit and collections communication with customer as required with support of Channel Credit Analyst - Perform other duties/projects as assigned WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - You will bring Customer’s satisfaction with well demonstrated success in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
