Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain
highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure
Implement
monitoring, alerting, and incident response
strategies
Optimize
system reliability and performance
across cloud and containerized environments
Collaborate with development teams to improve
deployment pipelines and operational efficiency
Drive
automation
for infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
Ensure
compliance and security best practices
in production environments
Skills Requirement:
5+ years of experience as
SRE
AWS & EKS
– Required
Kubernetes & Docker
– Required
CI/CD Tools
(e.g., Bamboo, Bitbucket) – Required
Configuration Management
(e.g., Chef) – Required
Observability Tools
(e.g., Datadog, New Relic) – Strong Requirement
Automation & Scripting
(Python, Bash, or similar) – Required
Security & Compliance Awareness
– Preferred
