💰 Salary range: 3500 - 3800 USD (Independent Contractor)
🌍 Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing multi-channel home essentials brand, an e-commerce company expanding across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and retail channels. Moving fast, operating lean, and valuing clarity, accountability, and ownership. The company is hiring a Project/Operations Manager to bring structure, consistency, and operational discipline across the organization.
This role is about driving execution, alignment, and organizational visibility. The Project/Operations Manager will own the systems and workflows that keep the company organized, on track, and accountable. Responsible for managing projects, communication rhythms, dashboards, and execution processes, this role ensures the team moves efficiently toward its goals.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Workflow Execution: Own ClickUp, turn strategic goals into actionable plans, track progress, remove bottlenecks, and keep teams aligned.
- Meeting Leadership: Run leadership meetings, prepare agendas, notes, KPIs, and follow-ups, and maintain weekly scorecards to ensure accountability.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Visibility: Act as the communication “control tower,” standardize updates, reduce interruptions, and provide weekly executive summaries to CEO & COO.
- Process & SOP Development: Document, organize, and improve SOPs and operational workflows; support COO by filtering tactical work and creating clarity.
✅ Requirements
- 4+ years in project management or operations roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar project management tools
- Comfortable leading meetings, managing deadlines, and holding teams accountable
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
🌈 Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting a COO or senior operations leader
- Experience in startups or fast-paced companies
- Experience building SOPs and operational frameworks

- Weekly scorecard is accurate and automated
