At NewEra Technology, we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Development team in a fully remote role based in México. This position is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys building scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving their skills in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, diversity, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using the .NET Core and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Integrate applications with third-party systems, APIs, and services.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing software applications.
- Apply best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with advancements in .NET technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in .NET CORE and SQL
- Strong English communications skills ( MUST HAVE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Solid experience in database design and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC, RESTful APIs, and web-based architectures.
