About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist (GenAI) to join our innovation team at Orion Innovation . This role involves designing, training, and deploying next-generation AI solutions, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and modern data engineering tools to drive automation and intelligence across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using advanced ML and NLP techniques.
Analyze complex datasets and implement scalable AI models.
Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies and RAG pipelines .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and implement production-ready systems.
Work with LLMs, vector databases, and document processing frameworks .
Develop and deploy applications using Streamlit, Gradio, or Dash .
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer with focus on AI/LLM-based models .
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, FastAPI, Flask, or similar .
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and PostgreSQL .
Knowledge of model fine-tuning , deployment platforms , and evaluation techniques .
Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and AI agents .
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with model evaluation, orchestration, and automation .
Experience developing data visualization or AI dashboards .
Familiarity with LLM lifecycle management .
