A disruptive, experience-driven strategic leader responsible for directing, managing, and organizing activities for our organization's lodging and accommodations department through Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development for all colleagues driving growth and success.

Qualifications

~ Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field i
~3+ years experience at the position in Hospitality Industry (ALLIn, EP, Ultra luxury Resorts)
~ Fluent English
~ Extensive knowledge of quality standards (LQA, FORBES, LHW, AAA)
~ Assertive communication and leadership
