Minimum requirements

🤖Responsibilities:

Conduct research on Latin American ICT industry trends and key topics (including but not limited to 5G/5G-A, AI/Intelligent Computing, operator and vertical industry digital transformation). By benchmarking against industry leaders in telecommunications, vertical sectors, and the internet, provide valuable insights and key findings, and anticipate industry trends and operator strategic directions.

Responsible for identifying the pain points and challenges in 5G and FTTH user and business development for operators, and helping customers to grow their user base and increase ARPU by leveraging Huawei's commercial solutions. Provide recommendations for network planning and deployment based on the customer's business outcomes

Based on analyzing operators' own strengths, explore business development approaches and plans. Engage with AM client CXOs to guide or influence clients.

Build Company industry leadership brand and establish high levels of client confidence among decision-makers.

Minimum requirements

🤸 ♀️Hard Skills

Experience in the Area

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications/Networking, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

At least 5 years of work experience in an operator or ICT manufacturer. (Mandatory)

Knowledge of Mobile Broad Brand and Fixed Broad Band-related products, including 5G, FTTH, data communication, and optical transmission. (Mandatory)

Knowledge of marketing and business consulting.

1. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to write materials effectively.

2. Candidates with marketing experience will be given preference. ( Not consumer-facing marketing )

3. Strong project execution capabilities, including good communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to take responsibility and handle pressure. Willingness to accept challenges

English level Advanced.
