Position goal: Drive strategic growth of digital extras products within the Mexican market by leading project management initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and developing innovative solutions that enhance customer experience. The role works closely with key stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure successful implementation and business impact.
Digital Sales Strategies: Define and implement digital extras sales strategies for the Mexican market. Align digital sales initiatives with the retail network and district managers to ensure consistent execution. Manage digital sales campaigns, including target setting, performance tracking, and optimization. Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance digit
Mercedes me Management (App & Store): Coordinate end-to-end activities for new app functionalities, including cost coordination, evaluation, testing, translations, pricing, and go[1]live execution. Support the implementation of digital extras projects in close collaboration with the MBAG Digital Extras team and local stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance. Coordinate and support Mercedes-Benz dealer training initiatives related to the Mercedes me app and its associated features, including Mercedes me Charge.
Support for Product Experts: Provide advanced support to Product Experts in the resolution of activation processes, application issues, and system-related inquiries. Manage and coordinate complex cases requiring in-depth functional and technical expertise, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment. Share updates, best practices, and technical know-how with dealers and product specialists to support consistent service quality and product knowledge.
Commission Invoicing and Invoice Management: Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of commission invoicing processes, ensuring correct calculation and documentation. Review, verify, and approve commission invoices in close collaboration with Controlling and Accounting teams, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation Prepare, analyze, and present reports and key metrics for board members and internal stakeholders, supporting informed decision making. Maintain and update documentation, including legal materials, customer communications, CAS validations, and dealer provision calculations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering
Previous experience: 3 years in e-commerce business (preferable automotive Industry)
Languages: English: Intermediate
Areas of Knowledge: Project management skills, strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Location: CDMX (Santa Fe)
