Legal Project Manager – Factory Setup | Midea Group
Midea Group is one of the world’s leading home appliance and air solutions companies. As part of our expansion in Mexico, we are looking for a Legal Project Manager to support and lead the legal and regulatory aspects of new factory construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal and regulatory processes for new factory construction projects in Mexico.
- Manage government permits and approvals (construction, EIA, fire safety, utilities, operating permits, etc.).
- Interpret and apply Mexican investment and construction regulations in a compliant and cost-efficient manner.
- Act as the main liaison with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 6+ years of experience in legal project management or factory construction projects.
- Proven experience in at least two new factory setups in Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican regulations and permitting processes.
- Advanced English.
