Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a client in the education and research sector, globally recognized for its impact on leadership development, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. The client operates in a highly analytical and mission-driven environment and is currently investing heavily in AI and Generative AI solutions to better understand product usage, adoption, and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

~5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience.
~ Experience creating dashboards for data visualization.
~ Expert-level SQL.
~ Experience querying AWS Aurora, DynamoDB, and Athena.
~ Ability to work with complex data models (joins, foreign keys, parent-child relationships).
~ Experience collaborating with developers to request database views or schema changes.
~ Experience designing or supporting dashboards in Amazon QuickSight (or similar BI tools).
~ Strong experience with data validation, QA, and troubleshooting.
~ Ability to translate business goals into technical data requirements.
~ Strong documentation and communication skills.
~ Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital product analytics environments (preferred).
~ Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
~ Work Environment.
~ Remote (must be available 9am–5pm Eastern Time).
~ Collaborative, agile, and high-performing AI product environment.
