Job Title: L3 AS/400 Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration – Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for critical back-office clearing and accounting systems used for:
- Exchange-traded derivatives
- Futures and options
- Over the counter (OTC) derivatives
- Handle application and user support, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Perform support and maintenance activities for applications running on AS/400 systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLAs for incident and problem management.
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
Mandatory Skills
- AS/400 system expertise
- RPG programming language
- DB2 database management
- Desired Skills
- Experience with back-office clearing and accounting systems
- Familiarity with banking operations and financial instruments
Additional Information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
