ICONIQ Homes is seeking a highly creative, bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Video Creator to produce short-form, high-impact video content for our marketing, sales, and social media platforms. This role blends AI-generated video creation with edited in-home footage to showcase our homes, communities, and brand story across multiple channels. Responsibilities

- Create engaging real estate and lifestyle videos for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney video, etc.) to generate supporting scenes or animations as needed.
- Edit ICONIQ Homes' in-home filmed footage into compelling, polished reels and short videos.
- Produce on-brand content using Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express , or similar editing platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts aligned with campaigns.
- Add captions, sound, hooks, transitions, and storytelling elements that boost engagement.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips.
- Maintain a fast turnaround time while delivering high-quality, consistent visuals.
- Keep all content organized and delivered according to project timelines.

Requirements

- Bilingual (English + Spanish) – written and spoken.
- Strong video editing experience with proven ability to create social-first content.
- Portfolio required (show reels, TikTok-style edits, AI video examples, or branded content).
- Proficiency with creative tools such as:
- Canva
- CapCut / CapCut Desktop
- Adobe Express or Premiere Rush
- AI video generators (bonus)
- Ability to create dynamic, trend-relevant content that fits modern social media formats.
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, transitions, and mobile-first design.
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and meet deadlines remotely.
- Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or lifestyle brands is a plus .
