Descripción
- At least 5 years in a senior finance role with full P&L, BS, cash management and high controlling exposure.
- Proven experience in multinational or joint venture environments.
- Deep knowledge of Mexican GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and fiscal compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP system, and group reporting tools.
- Act as a business partner to the General Manager and corporate CFOs, providing insight and financial guidance.
- Strong experience managing outsourced financial operations.
- High ethical standards, hands-on work style, and strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and interface confidently with senior leadership.

A successful Finance & Controlling Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
- Leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
