What will you do?

The Contract Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the electrical analysis, design, and development of water-cooled chiller components and systems. You will provide support for the manufacturing process through the creation of wiring diagrams, panel diagrams, and instrumentation specifications.

How will you do it?

- Conduct electrical design and analysis for chiller systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

- Interface with the design team to generate detailed engineering documentation, including ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) and BOMs (Bill of Materials).

- Support the manufacturing process by troubleshooting and debugging electrical systems and resolving design issues.

- Engage in collaborative problem solving with multidisciplinary teams to optimize system performance and reliability.

What are we looking for?

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in hazardous environments.

- Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics and control diagrams.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and control circuits.

- Knowledge of CAD tools for electrical design, such as AutoCAD.

Preferred:

- Experience with refrigeration systems and HVAC applications.

- Familiarity with industry standards and safety requirements for electrical designs in hazardous environments.
