Organizational Development Specialist

Location: PUEBLA - ON-SITE (Sonata - Lomas de Angelópolis) General Accountabilities To design, strengthen, and consolidate Organizational Development (OD) processes, supporting the company's continued growth through structure, clarity, and a results-driven approach, while preserving Pellera Technologies' close, people-focused culture. This role plays a key part in aligning organizational initiatives with business needs, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Essential Functions: - Design, structure, and manage Organizational Development processes. - Implement and maintain initiatives related to: - Organizational climate - Performance evaluation - Career development and growth plans - Culture and values - Internal communication - Partner closely with leaders and teams on organizational development and change management initiatives. - Propose and implement improvements to HR and OD processes aligned with company growth. - Track and follow up on OD-related KPIs and metrics. - Work directly with the Director of Human Resources. - Translate strategy into execution when needed to ensure effective implementation. Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies: - Proven experience in structuring and formalizing processes (not only executing them). - Experience working in growing or scaling organizations. - Highly structured, organized, and results-oriented profile. - Ability to work by objectives rather than hours. - Comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with operational execution. - Solid experience designing and implementing performance management systems. - Hands-on experience conducting and analyzing organizational climate surveys and translating results into action plans. - Experience developing and managing career paths and development frameworks. - Knowledge of organizational diagnostics and assessment tools. - Experience defining and tracking HR / OD KPIs. - Ability to document, standardize, and improve HR and OD processes. - Experience supporting change management initiatives in growing organizations. - Strong understanding of organizational structure design. - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis and reporting. - Experience preparing presentations and executive reports for leadership Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in Organizational Development roles.
