Descripción

-

Lead and manage the on-site quality inspection team

-

Oversee packaging quality assurance, including material inspections and supplier acceptance/rejection.

-

Develop and manage quality dashboards for packaging performance.

-

Participate in and provide input to the packaging innovation team.

-

Lead the internal tequila tasting panel, currently managed by a third party.

-

Approve or reject tequila batches based on sensory panel results and quality criteria (1-2 batches per week).

-

Define quality control ranges, manage deviations, and make disposition decisions.

-

Conduct quality discussions with suppliers in coordination with Procurement.

Perfil buscado

Strong background in packaging quality management.

-

Experience within the tequila, spirits, or distillery industry is highly preferred.

-

Exposure to tequila liquid quality and sensory evaluation; experience with tasting panels is a strong plus.

-

Solid judgment in supplier quality decisions, deviations, and material disposition.
