Objective of the position:

Responsible for reviewing small business contracts to ensure they are compliant with both company regulatory and sales tax requirements. Upload account records to DTFS portfolio system for small business customers.Ensure all required customer documentation is received and properly executed prior to funding to mitigate risk of future collection losses. Work closely with dealers, sales, and credit teams to reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external customers.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

- Highly proficiency in the English and French languages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in funding, credit analysis or a related field is preferred but not required

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Main Functions:

- - Audit and review Fleet and Small Business contracts for regulatory and company policy/procedure discrepancies
- Upload documents from group email into PEGA, create corresponding cases, and index individual documents within each case to ensure correct document type allocation for ECM storage post-funding, including handling piecemeal submissions from the DFM Sales team for review.
- Review/request current pricing to determine if contract matches approved pricing and appropriate limits of authority have been met.
- Establish contracts records in DTFS portfolio system and ensure dealer settlement amounts are accurately dispersed
