At CONVEXIA, we’re growing and looking to add a versatile, creative, hands-on Graphic Designer to our team. If you enjoy turning ideas into strong visual pieces for both digital and print, and you know how to adapt one concept into multiple formats while keeping everything consistent, this role might be for you.

Key responsibilities

- Design assets for digital campaigns and printed materials.
- Create visual content for social media, online ads, outdoor advertising, and print collateral.
- Adapt a single concept into multiple formats (posts, stories, banners, flyers, etc.) while keeping brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure visual alignment and meet campaign goals.

Must-have requirements

- 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Basic video editing for reels and short-form content (Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Creativity, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio (required).

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable switching formats, enjoys creative challenges, and can execute quickly without sacrificing quality.
