Quote Services Associate

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX

This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).
- Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
- Monitor quote process daily.
- Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
- Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending.
- Support sales team with specific tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
- Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required.
- Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$18,508.33 - $22,395.08 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
