We're hiring a Marketing Assistant who lives inside Canva, knows their way around Facebook Ads + Meta Business Suite, and can navigate CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho with confidence. If you geek out over clean branding, smart automation, strong campaigns, and data that actually means something, you'll fit right in. This role will manage marketing campaigns for buyers and real estate agents, helping us drive visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple communities. What You'll Do Your daily toolkit will dance between creativity and structure: Canva Content Creation • Build flyers, social assets, presentations, and marketing materials • Maintain brand consistency across all collateral Digital Campaign Execution • Manage Facebook Ads and Meta Business Suite scheduling + optimization • Coordinate email and direct-mail campaigns to buyers and agents • Assist with remarketing, engagement tracking, and campaign improvements Email + Direct Mail Marketing • Prepare weekly and monthly email campaigns • Build agent and buyer lists segmented by community and opportunity • Support follow-up automation inside the CRM CRM + Lead Management • Update, tag, and organize leads inside HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho • Track campaign performance and report key insights • Support B2B outreach and appointment-setting when needed Team Support • Communicate with U.S.-based sales and marketing teams • Help manage deliverables, promotions, and agent engagement tasks • Assist with real estate event marketing (digital assets, invites, follow-ups) Requirements You'll shine in this role if you...
