Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage local sourcing and supplier integration for commodities requiring in-depth local knowledge. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance while supporting our outsourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Buying: Achieve purchasing goals, manage vendor negotiations, and support sourcing strategies.
- Contract Management: Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with established plans.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze cost drivers, market trends, and prepare accurate reports.
- Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, QAD).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Negotiation and contract management expertise.
- English proficiency (Advanced level).
