Responsible for developing and implementing the SC strategy in the assigned accounts. This position will oversee the end-to-end SC process including the disciplines of purchasing, planning & inventory control.
Job Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
- Strong background in customer program management.
- Deep understanding of the electronics market dynamics.
- Proven experience in inventory optimization and working capital management.
- Experience managing cross-regional, remote teams.
- Ability to operate in high-volatility supply environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, process development and negotiation skills.
- Successfully manage multiple, competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency and minimal direction.
- Self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Experience/Education
- BA/BS degree
- End to end Supply Chain Process experience
- 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Behavior Competencies

- Demonstrates deep commitment to fulfill customers’ needs
- Develops and executes tailored supply chain solutions aligned with service, cost, and risk priorities.
- Represents the Supply Chain organization with professionalism and accountability.
- Serves as the primary escalation point for customer supply chain issues. Planning & Inventory Control
- Drive sustained improvement in on-time delivery (OTD) performance across assigned programs.
- Collaborate with demand planning to align customer forecasts and improve overall accuracy
- Optimize inventory levels and working capital by implementing best-practice inventory management
- Oversee long-term capacity planning and material allocation alignment
- Ensure and oversee robust launch plans for NPI and intersite product transfers Supply Chain Management
- Partner with strategic sourcing and procurement teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Leads the materials repricing cycle with the customer
- Negotiates supplier terms that improve cost and value.
- Works with suppliers, customers and sites to minimize excess and obsolete exposure and liability
- Deploy Supply Chain Models to optimize inventory costs such as VMI, JIT, consignment Cross-Functional Leadership & Process Improvement
- Align Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to deliver customer commitments.
- Lead and mentor the sites’ materials teams to meet the strategic plan for the customers
- Strong background in customer program management.
