We are looking for a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to lead and execute cybersecurity risk assessments, collaborate with multiple business stakeholders, and help enhance the organization’s overall security posture.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience evaluating threats, vulnerabilities, and potential business impacts, while also recommending effective mitigation strategies.

Important: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for this position.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Risk Identification

- Collaborate with the first line of defense to identify and assess cybersecurity risks.
- Analyze threats, vulnerabilities, and business impact scenarios.

Risk Assessment

- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments using established methodologies and tools.
- Evaluate the likelihood and impact of cybersecurity events.

Mitigation Strategy Development

- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of security controls, policies, and procedures.

Risk Monitoring

- Continuously monitor cyber risks and track the effectiveness of mitigation measures.
- Prepare regular reports on cybersecurity risk levels and trends.

Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations, laws, and standards.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the first line of defense, the Cyber Defense Center, and internal audit (third line of defense).
- Support integrated, organization-wide risk management.

Training & Awareness

- Provide training and awareness sessions to enhance cybersecurity understanding across the organization.

🧠 Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience performing cybersecurity risk assessments.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (NIST, ISO 27001, privacy laws, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

🎓 Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC are highly desirable.
