- Draft and review contracts with clients, partners and suppliers.
- Own compliance with personal data protection law.
- Maintain terms, privacy notices and the published governance.
- Support client legal and security questionnaires. Your first 90 days
- Day 30 You learn the current contracts, terms and governance.
- Day 60 You own new contracts.
- Day 90 You own data protection compliance. What we look for Must have
- A law degree, finished or nearly finished.
- Real interest in technology and data.
- You write clear contracts.
- You can tell a real risk from a theoretical one. Nice to have
- LFPDPPP and data protection.
- Software contracts.
- AI frameworks such as ISO 42001 or the AI Act. What working here is like What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
