Changan México is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales growth, strengthen dealer/distributor performance, and execute commercial strategies aligned with national objectives. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with strong experience in dealer network management and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
Manage and grow the dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & revenue)
Lead accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and customer follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
Ensure CRM discipline and reporting compliance
Requirements
~3+ years in a similar sales leadership role
~ Experience managing dealer/distributor networks
~ Strong negotiation and account management skills
~ Knowledge of B2B sales fundamentals, forecasting, and CRM tools
~ Automotive industry experience preferred
~ English: Advanced
~ Travel: Yes
