Descripción
- Own end-to-end materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure material availability and accurate inventory to prevent production line stoppages.
- Lead inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, shipping, and transportation coordination.
- Manage import and export processes in full compliance with trade regulations and documentation.
- Drive production planning (MPS/MRP) in close coordination with production, purchasing, and quality teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and effective execution within SAP (MM, WM, PP).
- Stabilize and rebuild the team by establishing structure, discipline, and clear performance expectations.
- Track and improve key KPIs such as inventory accuracy, OTIF, material flow, and warehouse productivity.
Perfil buscado
- 3-5 years as a Supply Chain Manager
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong background in logistics, inventory, and production planning.
- Import/export and international logistics experience
- People management experience (3-5 years), leading operational teams (≈10 people)
- Strong communication and cross-functional skills
- Hands-on SAP expertise (MM, WM, PP)
- Data-driven mindset with KPI management experience
- Fluent English required
- Power BI or advanced reporting tools
