Spice helps multi-location restaurant brands crush it on delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, ezCater).
We optimize menus, pricing, promos, and operations for 20+ brands driving millions in off-premise sales.
2025: Built the playbook, hit $50k MRR
2026: Scale to $100k MRR, launch catering service, build real infrastructure
Small team (9 people), profitable, growing fast.
The Role
You own everything after the sale.
When our founder closes a client, you take over:
- Onboard them in 7-10 days (vs 3-4 weeks today)
- Manage 6-person service team (2 Growth Managers, Ops, Designer, Email, Paid Media)
- Build systems that scale (onboarding, reporting, playbooks, SOPs)
- Close upsells with clients (catering, paid media, retention)
- Keep clients happy and renewing (90%+ retention)
You're the COO of client operations. Builder + leader, not just executor.
You Are
✅ 3-5 years running ops (agency, startup, service business)
✅ Built systems from scratch (onboarding, reporting, SOPs)
✅ Managed 4-8 people (account managers, growth managers, client success)
✅ Client-facing (QBRs, upsells, renewals—not just internal ops)
✅ Thrive in 0→1 (you build the machine, not maintain it)
✅ Obsessed with efficiency (automate everything possible)
Bonus: Restaurant/food industry, agency experience, marketplace/e-commerce ops
