As a
Carrier Relations Manager,
you will play a key role in expanding and optimizing Voximplant's carrier network across the region. Your mission will be to build and sustain strategic relationships with telecommunications providers, ensuring reliable and cost-effective connectivity for our customers.
You will lead negotiations, evaluate carrier performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a results-oriented professional who understands the complexities of the LATAM telecom landscape and can balance commercial strategy with operational excellence.
️ Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key carriers and service providers across LATAM (new and existing).
Act as the primary escalation point of contact for carrier-related inquiries and issues.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with carriers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Conduct market research to identify potential carrier partners and assess their capabilities.
Track carrier performance metrics, including service quality, pricing, and reliability.
Collaborate with internal teams to address performance issues and implement improvements.
Develop and execute strategies for carrier engagement that align with the company's overall goals.
Identify opportunities for new services or enhancements to existing offerings.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on carrier-related initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to support product development and marketing strategies.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
️ Requirements
Experience in carrier relations, business development, or account management within the telecommunications industry (3+ years).
Understanding of the LATAM telecommunications market and regulatory environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
