Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
Interview: Face-to-Face at Infosys Office
Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a junior-level role ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer support or helpdesk functions. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles.
- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support tools.
Additional Details:
- Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
- Interview: Candidate must be available for in-person interview at Infosys office on 24 & 25th Nov (Monday, Tuesday).
